Responsible workspace use
These baseline terms explain appropriate use of an OpenPoint instance. The organization operating this installation should publish the binding terms that apply to its users.
Use your authorized account
Keep credentials and API keys private, use only the access granted to you, and report suspected account compromise to an administrator promptly.
Protect content and people
Do not upload unlawful material, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, scan other users’ data, or expose confidential information through public links or integrations.
Service operation
Availability, backups, support, retention, and acceptable-use enforcement are controlled by the instance operator. Features that depend on external services may be unavailable when those services are not configured.
